Returns & Exchange :
New leaf does not have a return policy.
We offer hassle free EXCHANGE with no questions asked. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to make an exchange request . We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page.
Please note-
- We cannot arrange a return pickup for you unless you have received a damaged /wrong product.
- You have to arrange to send the product to our studio on your own in case of exchange.
- Products purchased during ANY SALE cannot be exchanged.
- Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the exchange process.
- Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to help you with exchange.
- For exchange of the purchased product we might request you to share an image of your product/ s. for your order to qualify as an exchange.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
